After the weekend, Monday dinner needed to be a little light and on the healthier side, but still delicious enough to be satisfying!
I found this super simple, and absolutely delicious salad recipe last night for dinner. The only part that took a little time was making the brown sugar pecans, but they were sooo worth it! Also if you make them in a bigger batch, then you have them ready to go for next time you make this salad, or just as a delicious snack!
