I received a great post suggestion from my good friend over at In The Autumn Of My Life, about a delicious sweet snack that doesn’t have a ton of added white sugar or fruits, and is not too high in calories.

While I was on the hunt for the perfect recipe, I came across this delicious no bake bar. Although it checks most of the boxes, it is not as low calorie as one would have hoped! However the calories come from mainly natural sources, and not just a bar of butter, so you don’t have to feel as guilty!
